Halfway Through the Season – Great Cricket Ahead!

We’ve hit the halfway mark of our cricket season, and what a fantastic start it’s been! A big thank you to all players, coaches, and supporters for making this season so enjoyable so far. The energy on and off the field has been incredible, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going. We are still looking for an odd win for two of our teams that have struggled a little so far this season. (We have added some great stats to our Facebook and Instagram posts for you to investigate)

As we wrap up the year, we’d like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! We hope you’ve enjoyed the festive break and are ready for more cricket action.

Looking ahead, the Sydney Test between Australia and England is just around the corner – always a highlight for cricket fans! It’s the perfect way to get inspired before we return to our own matches, let's hope it's better than Melbourne but not too far the other way. Seeing a new spinner in action should provide some good entertainment against BAZBALL.

Here’s what’s coming up:

• Senior Cricket returns on 10th January.

• Junior Cricket is back on 31st January.

• Woolworths Blast Program kicks off again on 30th January – and registrations are still open, so spread the word and get involved or bring along a friend

Attention Junior Cricketers: If you’re keen to play in a senior game, please message Steve Wickman via the Stacks TEAM App. We’d love to see you step up and join the action while you wait for Junior cricket to return.

Senior Captains: Please start organising your teams for the first game back so we know how many players are required. Let’s hit the ground running!
