Congratulations Kaya Kumar and Grant McCartin

At the recent Parramatta District Cricket Association awards Hills Barbarians cricketers and club again over achieved in an excellent season for the club.

Kaya was named the Female Cricketer of the Year for the PDCA after an amazing year that saw here amass two huge centuries in the Ladies Competition. Kaya was a member of the second team to win the Ladies competition for the club in the last 4 seasons. Kaya was well rewarded with a place in the NSW Metro Youth Academy Squad for the U15's. Great way to finish and start the next season.

Grant McCartin was named the Senior Cricketer of the Year for the PDCA after guiding the Hills Barbarians A Grade side to a Premiership. Grant once again spoke very well on behalf of the club in recognition of the Awards Namesake Barry Collison. Grant has now won the award 3 times.
